Possible Cause:
There are several possible causes of this error. Following are the few common ones due to which you receive this error:
1- TAP-Win32 network adapter has been disabled.
2- TAP-Win32 hasn’t been installed by VPN installer.
3- TAP-Win32 network adapter “hanged”.
Possible Solutions:
1- Launch PureVPN with Admin rights. Right click on PureVPN App icon then click “Run as Administrator”
2- Resetting the TAP adapter, by disabling and re-enabling it. Click here for the details.
3- Reinstall PureVPN in case your problem is still not resolved.
